What is the delivery time?
In normal cases:
Europe: 3-7 business days.
Finland 2-3 business days.
Are there shipping costs?
Europe: Free delivery for orders over 50 euros. Orders under 50 euros are charged 4.9 euros for delivery.
Finland: Free delivery for orders over 40 euros. Orders under 50 euros will be charged 4 euros for delivery.
Which countries do we deliver to?
We currently deliver to Finland and the Europe.
We do not ship to the US.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking and tracing code by mail.
This way you can track your order. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking and tracing to be available. Can't track your package after 48 hours? Email us at support@timexout.com and we will contact the carrier.
What does pre-order mean?
In our products that are pre-ordered, we also clearly indicate the estimated delivery time. Pre-order means that the product is being made or the product is about to arrive at our warehouse.
